(1) Each program is individually tailored relative to your current health and fitness level & end goal in mind.
(2) As your body improves along the way, various follow-up assessments will be done to ensure you remain on track with your goal in mind.
(3) Appropriate Nutrition to support your body’s transformation is an integral part of your journey.
Recommendations will be made to make this a structured and measurable component.
(4) The three most important requirements along this journey are :
1. Understanding where you are & how you got here.
2. taking action for lasting change & 3 being 100% accountable for your actions.
(5) Your success and well-being are our number 1 priority.
(6) Payments for scheduled sessions are made 48 hours in advance, before the start of the program.
(7) Sessions that fall on a public holiday will be charged at double the session rate.
(8) Saturday & Sunday are rest days.
(9)Rescheduling of any immediate sessions must be requested within a 48-hour period.
(10) All scheduled sessions which are canceled within a 24-hour period will be forfeited.
(11)All paid sessions are valid for the scheduled training times only and late cancellations may not be carried over. Accept in the event of a serious medical reason.
(12 Sessions not completed within a stipulated time frame will lapse
(13) Setting both short-term and long-term goals are compulsory.
(14) All sessions purchased are valid for the agreed term from the start to the scheduled completion date.
For example. 12 Sessions are valid for 1 month only. 24 sessions are valid for 2 months.
(15) 36 sessions are valid for 3 months Unless a request to extend is agreed on - Cancelations of any sessions in 24 hours will be forfeited.
(16) All sessions will commence once payment has been made in full, and proof of payment received.
